I ordered the badges after finishing a completely custom interior for my G63, because putting ordinary edition badges on a one-off build simply didn’t make sense. When the four pieces were installed, that tiny 01 of 01 inscription somehow became the detail that tied months of leather, stitching and carbon work together. My upholsterer took one look at the finished seats and said – Now it has a signature!

These went into a Mercedes we’d been building for almost six months, and fitting them felt like signing our name at the bottom of the project. The “01 of 01” detail is subtle, but on a genuinely individual interior it gives the seats a proper finishing touch. Even after years in tuning, I still enjoy moments when two tiny pieces make a completed build suddenly feel complete.
